The structure of society has changed so drastically in the past few years, the clear line that once outlined the role of both men and women has now been unclear as their roles have overlapped with time. In the earlier years the roles of both men and women were clearly defined with the men being the superior provider while the women were the caregivers for both the children and the men who were their husbands. Women and men are very different in several ways. Not only physically, but also emotionally, and mentally. Growing up and still as of today most women are viewed inferior. Men had the muscles while women had the brain as some may state. Women have proven themselves as able workers who and can deliver at the workplace and in many cases have performed exceptionally better than men in positions such as customer service representatives and even as secretaries. It was hard enough for women to get jobs but was even harder to get a day off or maternity leave, but one the other hand men could just call and take off and it would be no problem.
