number of staff meetings
number of staff supervisions
Deal constructively with any conflict that may arise with colleagues
It is important to identify the real concern/reason for the conflict in a professional non-biased manner and try to prevent the matter from escalating as this can cause unrest within the team and affect the performance of the people concerned.
Once the problem has been identified, talk with the people involved to find a solution that benefits all parties, as there may be more than one solution. I would then arrange for a follow up meeting to monitor the progress and ensure that the issue has been addressed.
These meetings would be recorded, and a copy kept on staff file and if required a personal copy would be given
