Hassanbeigi et al.  (2011) examine the relationship between academic performance and seven core study skills. In your essay, briefly explain the seven skills noted in this article. Assess your own study skills level using the Study Skills Assessment Questionnaire (UHCL Counseling Services). Then, referring to the Chapter by Himsel, and the article by Hassanbeigi et al. (2011), suggest some strategies for improving your 2-3 weakest study skills.   
College students need to have the decency to focus on assignments and tasks assigned to them by your lectures. During your time in college you will start to receive multiple assignments handed to you which usually then causes you to have a lot of stress, and not have the time to complete these Assessments, this stress then causes us to have a blank page. This is where the 7 core study skills come in play, these core study skills give us an insight on how to focus on are studies more efficiently and by taking action we then can get through college with a higher standard.
