Dear Customer Service Manager:
I am writing this letter to notify you of a problem I had with a representative of Spectrum who came to my house on June 15, 2018.
I am very disappointed because the representative was one hour late and did not remove his muddy shoes upon entering my home. Furthermore, he did not follow this with an apology. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional of your company. Additionally, I had told the receptionist, who scheduled the appointment, the services I am interested in knowing more about. Contrary to what I had told the receptionist, the representative went on to talk about products of which I was not interested. This resulted in a complete waste of my time.
I know that you are not responsible for this problem and I trust that Spectrum wants to provide the best possible service for its customers. I would encourage you to discuss this issue with all Spectrum representatives to ensure that a similar situation does not happen again.
